When I first came to Ellicott Center, I was tired of life and ready to give up. I needed a lot of help, especially with my mobility. I wasn’t able to stand or walk without help. The staff at the facility made me feel welcome and comfortable by providing me with what I needed. The therapy team was very caring, serious, and strategic. They made sure I was ready to move back home. The rest of the facility staff are very helpful to people. They were very compassionate and professional; the Best Rehab Team! I credit my successful rehabilitation to Pam, my PT. She helped me achieve my goals. Every time I was down and discouraged, she lifted my spirits and encouraged me. I would recommend Ellicott Center to my friends and family – it is the best place for therapy!

Brain surgery made me very weak and I was in a lot of pain. I needed a place where I could rest and heal. The staff at Ellicott Center welcomed me with open arms. Even my boyfriend was welcomed by the staff and was able to visit daily. The rehab staff were attentive, consistent, and very helpful. My condition improved immensely – I am physically stronger and my memory is stronger, too. I was well-fed, cared for, and I would definitely recommend for my friends and family to come here if they need rehab.

I was in bad shape. I had a hemorrhage and lost a lot of blood. I was seriously anemic and too weak to walk. I didn’t know what to do. Thankfully, the Ellicott Center team knew exactly what to do. They checked my vitals and designed a holistic therapy program with very clear goals. The therapists are great, nice, helpful and always motivating me. It took time—three months—but it was well worth it. I’m on my own again, independent, which is just how I like it. But you know what, looking back, I loved the therapy at Ellicott Center!

An infection required me to replace a valve in my heart. I was very weak. My condition improved rapidly after spending a month at ­­­­­Ellicott Center. The accommodations fit my needs and the therapy was excellent! Adam and Dashley from therapy got me to the point where I can walk and go home. At Ellicott Center they have a good staff that went above and beyond to make my rehab successful. I am truly grateful for the experience.
